These Terms & Conditions explain the rules for using the VantagePro website, the Vantagepro mobile app, course pages, learner accounts, and related enrollment, payment, and support services operated by Vantage Knowledge Academy Limited ("we", "us", "VantagePro").
Please read them before you create an account, enquire about a course, or pay a fee. If you enroll in a course, the course details confirmed at enrollment — including schedule, fee, and any course-specific conditions — also apply to that enrollment.
1. Agreement to these terms
By browsing the website at www.vantagepro.app, using the Vantagepro app, submitting an enquiry, creating an account, or paying a fee, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services.
VantagePro programs and the app are intended for learners who are 18 or older. If you use the services for someone else, you confirm that you are allowed to do so and that they agree to these terms.

The services are provided by Vantage Knowledge Academy Limited, which operates the VantagePro learning academy.

3. What these terms cover
These terms cover:
- the public website, course pages, blog, contact forms, and newsletter;
- the Vantagepro mobile app;
- learner accounts, the learning management system, live classes, recordings, assessments, and certificates issued by us;
- enquiries, counselling, enrollment, fees, invoices, and payment plans;
- support requests about access, learning operations, and billing.
How we collect and use personal information is described in the Privacy Policy. Course materials may also include rules from a certification or professional body. Those body rules apply to that credential in addition to these terms.
4. Using the website and app
We may change, suspend, or withdraw pages, course listings, or features when we need to for operations, security, or accuracy. Published course information is an invitation to enquire or enroll. A place on a course is confirmed only after we accept the enrollment and any required fee is received, unless the course page says access is free.
